The innovation company Ålesund Kunnskapspark AS (ÅKP) is centrally located at Campus Ålesund, and the company's core activity is to help create the workplaces of the future and an attractive living and working region.

ÅKP is a regional hub for innovation and business development and runs, among other things, one of the country's most complete incubator systems, the cluster programs BLUE Maritime – Global Centre of Expertise, Legasea, and Norwegian Rooms, as well as several other national and international projects.
