The NMK building is now certified to Breeam-in-use Excellent

For your information, NMK Eiendom AS achieved the Breeam In Use certification Very Good in the autumn of 2021 for the NMK building.

Since then, we have taken further measures in the building to improve environmental performance and are proud to inform you that NMK Eiendom AS is now the first company and the first building in Møre and Romsdal to have achieved the Breeam In Use Excellent certification!

Quality Hotel Grand in Kristiansund, certified to Good

Quality Hotel Ålesund, certified to Good

Åndalsnes 2, SIVA, certified to Very Good

NMK, certified to Excellent

To be certified, the building must be operated for at least 12 months.
